Suggestions, Concerns, Complaints
Customer concerns are an important form of feed-back for our company. Any questions or concerns regarding your service or equipment should be directed to the Manager at Home Care Specialists so that we can improve our service. You are entitled to a written response to a genuine complaint within 14 days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact The Board of Certification (BOC), our accreditor, at 877.776.2200. Matters concerning billing, insurance and payment disputes are not within the authority of the BOC.
